By using Airtime Atlas (“the app”), you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.

What Airtime Atlas is

Airtime Atlas is a free, independent, fan-made planning tool. It helps you sketch multi-park road trips using estimated park data, driving times, and costs. It is provided for personal, non-commercial planning use.

No affiliation

Airtime Atlas is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Coaster Count, RCDB, any theme park, or any other organization. Product and organization names are used only to describe compatibility (for example, the “Coaster Count” export format).

Estimates only — no guarantees

Routes, drive times, park hours, ticket prices, gas prices, and total costs shown by the app are estimates for planning purposes only. They may be inaccurate or out of date. Always confirm hours, prices, road conditions, and availability directly with parks and official sources before you travel. You are responsible for your own travel decisions and safety.

Shared trips

Signed-in users may publish a read-only link to a saved trip. Anyone with that link can view the trip name and plan. You are responsible for what you share publicly — do not include personal information you do not want others to see (for example, a home address in your saved start location).

Availability

The app is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind. Some features rely on third-party services that may be rate-limited or unavailable; the app may change or stop working at any time.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Airtime Atlas is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the app, including reliance on its estimates.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time as the app evolves. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
